Lately I’ve been trying to challenge myself to dress more out of my comfort zone. Little did I know that I’d be wearing a cobalt blue jumpsuit (c/o L.U.V. Designs) and loving it.
I’ve always been a little weary of the jumpsuit for two reasons and I don’t think I’m the only one. The first is how it would look on a hourglass figure. Then factor in a 5’4″ stature. The second is how I could wear a one-piece. How do you style it without looking like you came straight from the 70′s? Although I must admit, I love me some Mahogany Diana Ross style. I chose to wear it two ways: one, with a monotone theme in my Jurates tassle earrings and my Samudra shark clutch and two, with a Pucci scarf (Similar here), neon belt, and Topshop earrings (Similar here).
It honestly shocked me how it just fit to every curve. It’s definitely a risque choice (for me) in jumpsuit, one that I am very pleased with. The fabric is flowy, lightweight, and amazingly soft. I will definitely be wearing this in Belize, as a weekend brunch piece, and possibly with a blazer to dress up for a ballet outing. Check out more of the styles at L.U.V. Designs.
What are your feelings on jumpsuits?
Yowza! You look hot in that. Such a beautiful color on you. It’s totally going to be perfect for Belize!
Hehe! Thank you, love!
You look awsome, I love how you’ve styled it…it really shows off your waist! I wasn’t sure about jumpsuits either but I love them on others so thought I’d give one a go too, check out my experience: http://tinyurl.com/c7bdzja

LOVE that pop of neon belt. You definitely rocked this cobalt – more reason for you to sport more color this season
